Mind Control II

The brain contains so many secrets.  Some of those secrets need to be exposed to improve the world.  AcMo is at the forefront of brain drilling technology designed to extract the most vital secrets while maintaining reliable daily operation.  The drilling is completely safe and has no harmful side effects as far as we can tell.

AcMo’s original Mind Control plan failed because my assistant couldn’t handle the pressure.  It was an easy pivot to start looking into the brains of potential customers to attempt to determine what motivates them.  We want to be able to place signal receptors in the appropriate brain quadrants to enable people to want to purchase more AcMo products.  At this time, the illogical FDA has prevented us from developing this technology on actual human subjects.  We had to pivot our approach again because we will not be denied.

While I originally thought our advanced product development would allow us to leap past virtual and augmented reality setups, I was wrong.  That just gave me an idea to develop a new AcMo lifestyle product.  We’ll have more on that later.  Our VR systems will become an integral part of the operation as we ramp up our mind control program.  It will be much easier to control buying habits if we can virtually create a world that rewards profligate spending on objects of dubious utility.  That last part is more helpful to our competitors because every AcMo product is essential to a proper and fulfilling life.

Mind control has been an elusive goal for marketers everywhere.  Having the ability to tell people what to buy and when to buy it would yield exceptional revenue streams.  Fads would become things of the past forever.  Product returns and recalls could be minimized if not eliminated altogether.  Everyone wins!  The only problem is creating a stable mind connection and being able to maintain it over great distances.

Those are small issues to an organization with the loaded technical jargon of AcMo.  Once we scale our solution, every single SKU we hold will become a best seller.  The entire world will become a unified buyer for our products.  AcMo is perfecting our enhanced mind control for widespread societal dissemination.  As a small example of our power, I just forced you to read this sentence by only using AcMo mind control techniques.  I have also forced you to skip reading this sentence.  Now I have you back again for more sentences.  I could do this all day, but I fear your minds would explode from the pressure if your brain fluid didn't boil first.  Expanding control beyond reading words has been difficult.

We tried to use something like the above equipment to augment our efforts, but we found it impossible to interface the ballistic helmet with all of the cables we had attached to our test brain without compromising the helmet’s core structure.  I also need to be honest here and admit that we couldn’t even get our mind control techniques to work when we tried to make the test subjects wear all of that gear and the VR goggles.  The power packs and peripherals that had to go along with them weighed at least 80 pounds.  All of that proved too much.

Wireless is the future of everything, and this is why we have been working so hard to perfect our wireless mind control functionality.  Don’t worry, we are taking precautions to keep the signals secure and encrypted so no one will fall victim to a hijacked control signal.  Security is an ongoing battle though, so it would be wise to maintain brain data backups in case we encounter a security breach.  AcMo will not be held responsible if all of your brain data is compromised due to a security flaw.  We also do not store any of your sensitive brain data on site in unencrypted plain text folders.  We are better than that.
